Refund policy

Due to the personal-use nature of our botanical oils, herbal products, body care items, and other wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
